Dictasol are pleased to announce that due to our continual success we have expanded our operations in India.  We have recently taken a 14,000sq feet state of the art building with an impressive 21st century state of the art technology system and infrastructure.  This major expansion will be able to house 450 staff allowing our processes to expand significantly. 

This impressive building is located next to the HITEC hub in Hyderabad.  A great deal of time and planning has gone into the building to ensure that Dictasol would be able to facilitate the large amount of work it will be taking on board.  We currently have 150 members of the Dictasol team in India.  Acquiring this building will allow us to expand three fold to meet the requirements of our clients.  Despite the recession there has been an increase in demand for office support services that offer a high quality output at competitive prices.  Dictasol meets both of these criteria, which has led to us being able to expand at this time.  We are thrilled to showcase such a fantastic working environment for our Indian team.  With such facilities now in place office output is set to triple. 

To ensure that we maintain a high standard with this quick expansion, there will be a continual training area that will allow employees to further develop their skills and to ensure that employees are continually at the top of their speciality.

With the secretarial service being our largest department we have arranged for a series of training courses to be put into place to assist in audio transcription.  Our course has been specifically designed and developed for audio typists in the legal field and we are currently in the process of having this course approved by City and Guilds to make it a formal qualification.  At present we have over 40 secretaries working for legal firms in the UK, which is forecast to increase dramatically after Dictasol’s attendance at the Law Autumn Conference and Exhibition in London.  This is London’s largest legal conference and exhibition, which will be attended by a minimum of 3,000 delegates from legal firms.

Dictasol is an experienced provider in the legal field, however we also provide medical, property and other business transcription services.  The scope of one service alone shows just how versatile Dictasol is. 

Our new operations process will help us to move forward in the business support function sector.  An increase in security measures and data protection processes have been put into place to ensure that we can cope with the demand of new clients, whilst still maintaining our customer centric philosophy and ensuring that client data is secure.

Switchboard training facilities will also be provided for call centre operators.  Each company has a specific requirement that our experienced operators need to master to ensure that our client’s needs are met.  Our operators have access to a live and pre recorded training area that will allow them to perfect various scenarios to ensure that they are able to meet client’s needs to the best of their ability.

With a large training area for all departments as well as a large space for back office processes to be conducted, Dictasol’s new state of the art facilities will lend itself perfectly to being a winning business support function outlet that will grow from strength to strength.
